All products listed on this website are pharmaceutical products manufactured by WHO-GMP certified facilities in India. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that the import, possession, sale, and distribution of any product ordered is legal in their country, state, or region before placing an order. Regulations regarding pharmaceutical imports vary significantly by jurisdiction. Mirai Overseas does not provide legal advice regarding import regulations and strongly recommends buyers independently verify compliance with their local laws, licensing requirements, and customs regulations prior to ordering.

Mirai Overseas acts as an exporter and trading intermediary, sourcing products from third-party WHO-GMP certified manufacturers in India. We are not the manufacturer of any product supplied. While we take reasonable care in selecting our manufacturing partners and require valid WHO-GMP certification, all matters relating to manufacturing quality, formulation, potency, packaging integrity, and compliance with pharmacopoeial standards remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Mirai Overseas does not independently test, inspect, or certify individual batches beyond the documentation provided by the manufacturer. Any quality concern, defect, or complaint will be escalated to the relevant manufacturer, and our liability in such cases is limited to facilitating that process and, where applicable and at our discretion, arranging a replacement or credit for the affected batch. We make no independent warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, efficacy, or fitness for purpose of any product beyond what is provided by the manufacturer's own documentation.

Mirai Overseas supplies products to licensed pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare businesses. All prices, product availability, and specifications listed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Receipt of an enquiry or order request does not constitute acceptance of an order by Mirai Overseas. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order or enquiry at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incomplete buyer verification, regulatory concern, or inability to fulfil the order.

Advance payment is required for orders as standard practice in international pharmaceutical export, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law. We accept multiple currencies as communicated during the order process; the buyer is responsible for any currency conversion charges, transaction fees, or bank charges incurred.

Mirai Overseas will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate documentation accompanies each shipment. However, we do not guarantee customs clearance in the buyer's country. Import duties, taxes, customs delays, seizures, or denials by customs or regulatory authorities in the destination country are entirely outside our control. We shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, delay, cost, or damage arising from customs action, seizure, confiscation, or denial of entry of goods in any jurisdiction. No refunds will be issued for shipments held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mirai Overseas, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational harm, arising from the purchase, use, resale, or handling of any product supplied. This includes, without limitation, any claim arising from the manufacturing quality, formulation, or performance of a product, which as set out in Clause 3 remains the responsibility of the manufacturer. Our total liability, if any, in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that specific order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The buyer agrees to independently verify all licensing, registration, and regulatory requirements applicable to importing and distributing pharmaceutical products in their jurisdiction. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mirai Overseas from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the buyer's failure to comply with applicable laws, misuse of products, unauthorised resale, or violation of these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Mirai Overseas unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or engagement with our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or any transaction with Mirai Overseas shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhattisgarh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
